Scripture:
Romans 10: 11 "for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. "
Observation:
This scripture (this chapter) is about believing and preaching the word of God. If our heart is in right place with God, asking for his grace and help we shall receive. By confessing and asking for help we shall get the help from the Lord. Where is your heart at? Are you one of those who calls out but is clueless to who our Messiah, the Father is? Do we have knowledge of who our Messiah is and the power of his grace and love for us. His sacrifice to give us salvation and cleanse us. If we live in the laws set by God, the righteous way, we need to be diligent to abide by his law. As sinner's it is difficult to live in his standards, but we cannot preach God and yet do nothing to live by his righteousness. Just confessing and taking no actions shows that we do not know God. We are taking advantage of that, it is only the ideal thought to give us some comfort at the moment. We are only saved and we will make it right with God only through his word.
Application:
This obviously emphasis the consistence and confiding in God. The way to do so will be drift into his word, his words are the law and will guide me to live in righteous way which God want for all his servant to live by. Despite any concerns and struggles I may go through, confide in his word and confess to our God, for he will heal and give answer to my prayers. Be cautious of my actions and words I may speak, be an example of God to others, not partial Christian. There is no partial wit God, its all or nothing. I choose to be all into God.
Prayer:
Father, our Messiah, thank you for your words and gracious love and blessing. Father you ultimate gift of salvation by sacrificing your one and only son. Father I lay all my worries and pain in your palm, Father let your love shine upon and help me get through. Father continue to seek and pull me from the darkness and bring me closer to the light closer to you... Father the conviction you have set in my heart Father give me to courage and guidance to do your will. Father I want my actions and words be right and bring much joy in your kingdom. Father continue to tug to you. To your words and to your grace. Let me spiritual walk with you be proud moment for you. Father thank you and I love you for the grace and help me so that I may be faithful servant of you. In your precious name amen.
